①お水・お湯・牛乳150mlに６ｇ計ります。 （６ｇは大さじ約1杯）
②抹茶が溶けるまでかき混ぜます。お水牛乳 は少し長めにかき混ぜてください。
・夏は氷水で冷たいアイス抹茶。
・冬は牛乳で抹茶ラテがおすすめです。
